1. The GAMINGDOME seller is obligated to complete delivery within the specified time frame using the delivery method chosen by the buyer. It is recommended that sellers set a realistic delivery time frame that they can fulfill as advertised on their listing. Failure to fulfill orders according to the specified delivery method will result in full liability for any trade disputes. GAMINGDOME reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to refund the order to the buyer. Reliable sellers who adhere to good practices will attract the most customers. It is important for sellers to log into their accounts regularly as this will reflect their online/offline status on their sales listing, increasing the likelihood of potential customers placing orders.

2. The GAMINGDOME seller must provide screenshots or video evidence of the completed trade and upload them to the order details page after delivery is made. For more information about proof of delivery, please refer to the GAMINGDOME Shield.

3. The GAMINGDOME seller is prohibited from requesting order cancellations. If an order is canceled or delayed due to the seller's negligence, the seller may be required to provide obligatory compensation to the buyer. The seller must maintain an accurate stock level at all times. For instance, if the stock level is set to 1000 gold, the seller must deliver 1000 gold to the buyer. The seller must ensure they possess the item before creating a listing.

4. All communication between the buyer and the GAMINGDOME seller must be conducted through the GAMINGDOME CHAT. In-game chat is not allowed.

5. The GAMINGDOME seller is not allowed to offer or accept offsite trades or personal offers in any manner. Any sellers found engaging in such activities will have their GAMINGDOME account permanently banned.

6. Communications with buyers must be courteous. We prohibit the posting of harassing content, including threats of violence. If you believe there has been a violation of any of our policies, please report it to us immediately.

7. The GAMINGDOME seller is prohibited from creating more than one GAMINGDOME account and committing fraud by buying from the listing of their own sales. Any seller found doing so will be subject to penalties or even a permanent ban of their account.

8. If a trade dispute or chargeback arises due to reasons caused by the seller, such as delivery delay, non-functional product, or failure to upload proof of delivery as required, the seller is liable for all costs and damages associated with such disputes.

9. Trading by logging into the buyer's account is not allowed.

10. If a buyer wishes to be refunded to their payment source and the order cancellation is due to an issue arising from the seller's end, such as a delivery delay, an account has been sold, or a pricing mistake, the GAMINGDOME seller may be liable for the handling fee.

Offsite Trading

GAMINGDOME takes trade practices conducted on our marketplace seriously. Although it is rare, we have received reports of honest users being harmed by the fraudulent actions of scammers. Trade conducted and completed within the GAMINGDOME platform ensures that orders have gone through the necessary verification checks and cleared appropriate protocols. Offsite trades will not receive any assurance from GAMINGDOME in mediation or indemnification as we are not liable for actions taken outside of our trading platform.

We have implemented a policy against soliciting offsite trade to demonstrate our commitment to the safety of our honest users. Even if the intentions are pure, things can still go wrong, and therefore we take proactive steps to ensure safety. If a seller or buyer is caught embezzling traffic from GAMINGDOME to complete trade offsite, their accounts will be suspended. If a buyer or seller tries to lure you into engaging in offsite trading activities, please report it to
