What does GAMINGDOME Shield cover?

Chargeback liability: If a buyer files for an unauthorized payment refund (chargeback), you'll be fully reimbursed as long as you provide full delivery proof based on our service requirements.

Compliance with Terms of Service: To be covered under GAMINGDOME Shield, your account and product listings must be in compliance with our Terms of Service.

What isn't covered under GAMINGDOME Shield?

  • Products or services not as described
  • Non-delivery of orders
  • Intentional fraud or scam: If we find that a seller has engaged in intentional fraud or scam, their account will be permanently suspended and we reserve the right to recall all payments being disbursed to the seller and pursue legal action.
  • Proof of delivery:
    Please upload delivery proof immediately through your Sold Order page upon delivery of the order. We no longer accept delivery proof sent to our mailbox. If we don't find the delivery proof in your Sold Order, or if it's not uploaded within the stipulated time frame, we'll deem that no delivery proof has been submitted, and decisions will be made on this basis in the event of a trade dispute. Our system now supports uploading both image and video files in these formats:

jpg, jpeg, png, mp4, avi

Maximum 40 files per order

  • For orders over 350,00£, you must keep a copy of video proof. Certain games may also require video proof regardless of the trading amount, so please refer to our guidelines.
  • If you're selling an account service, please include a screenshot of the account information, such as login email and password, which you submitted through GAMINGDOME to the buyer.
  • For games that support email notifications, please include screenshots of any notifications that indicate changes made to the sold account, such as login IP or device changes.
  • Any screenshots that validate the completion of transactions must also be included as proof.
  • For other game services, screenshots or video proof must include the buyer's character ID and quantity before and after the delivery.
  • Please note that GAMINGDOME reserves the right to cancel an order if we find that the seller has submitted incorrect or fake proof of delivery.


We proactively monitor all Marketplace activity, but we encourage you to help us identify any suspicious activities by reporting any user who violates our terms and policies, including any exploits, abuse, or solicitation for private deals.
